Q2: How to connect the ANT+ product?
Coospo H6 supports the standard ANT+ protocol and can be compatible with devices that also support ANT+, but the connection methods are different for different devices. For specific pairing, please refer to the instructions of the relevant device.
Q3:How long is the battery life of this heart rate monitor?
This HR sensor contains a CR2032 battery, 1 hour exercise per day, which can be lasted for 300 hours.
Q4: How to maintain the chest strap?
Separating the sensor from chest strap, wash the chest strap by hands with clean water and hang to dry after each use. Do not use any chemical detergents. The resistance value of the chest strap may be lost after 300 to 500 times of washing. For accurately readings, we recommend replace the chest strap regularly.

No. This product does not have a heart rate alarm function. But it provides accurate heart rate readings so that you can better understand your physical condition and make a suitable training plan.

1. Make sure the sensor is properly connected. 2. It needs to be wet and against your body in the right area. 3. Test it with another spare chest strap. 4. Try resetting the app and reconnecting the sensor. 5. If it still doesn’t work, the battery may be low. When replace the battery, pay attention to protect the battery shrapnel.

Return and refund procedure
To receive a refund for the returned product, please follow the step-by-step procedure below:
Step 1. awwoutfit.com by email, sending your return request to info@awwoutfit.com must include the following information: the order number, the product reference, and the reason for the return.
Step 2. Process the return request. Order Cancellation:
To cancel an order, please contact us immediately after the purchase by email at info@awwoutfit.com , indicating your request for cancellation (please note that you have a maximum of 3 hours from the time of purchase to request a cancellation). The refund will be issued using the same payment method. Once the package has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
